Woodhaven Building and Development is going to build 31 single family homes that will be phase 8 of Piney Ridge Village.  The houses will be constructed on what is currently the empty field on the south side of Piney Ridge Village just south of our current neighborhood.  The new street will be be in the shape of a "U"  with the west side starting at the intersection of Piney Ridge Parkway and Samara Road and will curve south to the east ending at the intersection of Piney Ridge Parkway and Meadowcroft Road.  There will be a public hearing on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 10:00 am at the County Office Building, 225 Center Street, Rooms 3 & 4, Westminster, MD.  For more information call the Buereau of Develpment Review at (410) 386-2143.
