Trash is not part of the HOA dues and the homeowner would need to contact a local trash company.
Door to door marketing or soliciting is not permitted in Piney Ridge Village. Piney Ridge Village Homeowners Association, Inc owns the parking spaces and sidewalks between the public county streets and the homeowners private property. If you are knocking on doors in our community and a director of the association asks you to leave you will be in violation of Maryland § 6-403b which carries "for a first violation, imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a fine not exceeding $500 or both" if you remain.
